However depending on what you agree with - you didn't twit* it - you seem to dwell in the realm of legalistic madness. We can't kill the enemy on sight because we are prosecuting them for violating the laws of war (by sorta civilian court) by committing murder out of uniform (if I get you wrong - clarify - it's not specific). OK so if they had donned some garb - say black pajama pants under their suits - and committed 9/11 in some type of uniform, they wouldn't be murderers? Or they would be subject to the Laws of War for murdering civilians under color of war hence military tribunals?

The mistake of course was bringing civilian law into it at all - a Bush mistake. I've been consistent on this all along. Label me Hobgoblin if ye must.
