Alex, what is up, with changing currencies in once sentence? Is Ex trying to get us to use an on-line currency converter or better yet, an Abacus? What up wid that Drew?
Secondly, Master Chief.... Are you a wanna-be cop, like some of those Tier 1 / snake-eater / operator types? Tier 1 peep's are not police or law enforcement and would never be involved in a barricade / extraction situation involving a bus.
Additionally, the chances of Navy Seals or Delta doing something like Operation Eagle Claw or Operation Evening Light or Operation Rice Bowl, is in the low .0xx% and less percentages. I know you're a Charlie Sheen fan and you've got a VHS copy of Navy Seals on your little shrine at home, but bus scenario- barricade / extractions would never happen in the real world for Tier 1 Types. Snap out of it.
Lastly, there are breaching tools and techniques that have been designed and used to safely extract hostages and neutralize suspects by SWAT and Law Enforcement Agencies like FBI, who have been involved in bus scenario barricade / extractions, but I would say that no one who works at CNAS knows what they are and this topic is way off the discussion point of corruption in Pakistan Cricket!
