But in 3 weeks, several battalions are being sent to Trippolliiiii, without the formation of an Official Government. So if there isn't a official Libyyannnn gov, will this be a police action, training mission or assistance rendered?
Andrew have you heard anything concerning a SOFA agreement being drafted????
What are the legal ramifications concerning sending this large amount of troops into Northern Africa?
