"Tony" Zinni (Ret), Former Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Central Command and CNAS Fellow Christine Parthemore. Lt. Col. Shannon Beebe, author of The Ultimate Weapon is No Weapon: Human Security and the New Rules of War and Peace, will also give remarks.
