Center for a New American Security fellow Andrew Exum is an author, an Army veteran and an expert on the Middle East, but what we love about Exum on Twitter is his participation. Too many “experts” forget to join the very conversation they’re attempting to shape, but Exum is genuinely interested – a refreshing break from so many who seek to sermonize without interacting.
