Joseph Natividad
Joseph Natividad was a Joseph S. Nye, Jr. National Security External Relations Intern at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Mr. Natividad was a staff writer for PROSPECT Journal of International Affairs at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), a features editor for the UCSD Sixth Sense News Magazine and an intern for his local newspapers in the Bay Area, The Contra Costa Times and The Oakland Tribune.
At CNAS, Mr. Natividad is interested in applying social media optimization strategies to reach a wider web audience. His main topics of interest are natural security, Yemen and regional security threats.
Mr. Natividad is a recent graduate from UCSD, where he majored in History and International Studies – Political Science, with a regional focus on the Middle East.
