Oct. 30 - A suicide bomber strikes in the heart of the Afghan capital Kabul, killing at least three 3 people in the latest episode in escalating violence in Afghanistan.
Some analysts say help may be on the way. There will be a new Administration at the White House, and General David Petraeus fresh from success in Iraq, assumes control of Centcom.
