Major General Mills spent time with the CNAS staff as he gave a briefing on what his troops were able to accomplish in Afghanistan. He also provided insight into what needs to take place in order for Afghanistan to transition as U.S. troops begin to withdraw during the projected time frame put forth by the Obama administration.
