Analysts say the U.S. and Russia could find common cause on arms control issues.
MORE INFO: Recent tensions between the two old rivals have seemed straight out the Cold War. The causes are many: Russia's recent occupation of Georgia, US promoting NATO expansion, and plans for U.S. missile sites in Poland and the Czech Republic.
