CNAS Fellow Christine Parthemore testifies before the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific in an open hearing on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. on "China's Monopoly on Rare Earths: Implications for U.S. Foreign and Security Policy."  Additional witnesses include Mark A. Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Molycorp Minerals; Robert Strahs, Vice President and General Manager of Arnold Magnetic Technologies; and John Galyen, President of Danfoss North America.
