Failure to Ratify the Law of the Sea Convention Will Increasingly Imperil U.S. Interests, Says CNAS Expert

Dr. Colin Kahl Testifies Before House Homeland Security and House Foreign Affairs Committees
March 21, 2012 — On March 21st, Dr. Colin H. Kahl, CNAS Senior Fellow, testified before the House of Representatives Homeland Security Committee on the Iranian threat to the United States and the possible consequences of U.S. military action against Iran's nuclear program. He also testified before the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee on the security and political environment in the aftermath of the U.S. military withdrawal from Iraq, Iranian influence in Iraq and the prospects for continued U.S.-Iraq security cooperation.

Election 2012 - The Global Challenge for the Next President
