Speakers include CNAS Adjunct Senior Fellow and former NGA Associate Director and Chief Technology Officer Anthony Vinci, former Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence Sue Gordon, and former NGA Director Robert Cardillo.

Vinci writes in Foreign Affairs that the intelligence analog to the "revolution in military affairs" will feature machines as "intelligence consumers, decision-makers, and even targets of other machine intelligence operations."
