Dr. Sarah Sewall is the Executive Vice President for Policy at IQT. From 2014-2017, she served as Under Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy and Human Rights. During the Clinton Administration, she served as the inaugural Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Peacekeeping. Dr. Sewall taught at Harvard for over a decade, where she directed the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy and worked closely with the U.S. military to advance civilian protection in war.
