Intern, Asia-Pacific Security Program
Melodie Ha is the Joseph S. Nye, Jr. Intern for the Asia Pacific Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Ms. Ha worked as a research assistant at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. She has also previously interned with the U.S. Department of State's Virtual Student Foreign Service Program working for the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
Ms. Ha is an M.A. candidate in the Security Studies Program at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Chinese Langauge and Culture from Wellesley College. Ms. Ha served as a David L. Boren Fellow to China in 2016, where she studied at Beijing Foreign Studies University. She speaks Mandarin.
