Noëlle Miliard is a Program Coordinator for Space Activities at EADS North America. In this function, she is responsible for coordinating the Space Line of Business’ strategic activities and initiatives, as well as monitoring and analyzing political trends in the space policy domain. Prior to joining EADS North America, Noëlle served as a space policy analyst for the French Space Agency (CNES) at the Embassy of France in Washington, DC. She has also taught English as a second language through the French Ministry of Education Assistantship Program.

Noëlle is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Science and Technology Policy (with a concentration in Space Policy) from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. Noëlle holds a B.A. with Honors in French Studies from Wheaton College (2001), and an M.A. in French, with a specialization in French business and language, from Middlebury College (2005). Noëlle is a native of Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
