Steven Honig

Steven Honig is a former Joseph S. Nye Jr. National Security Indo-Pacific Security Program Intern at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).

Prior to joining CNAS, Steven interned with the American Enterprise Institute and Beacon Global Strategies, where he focused on U.S.-Indo-Pacific policy. Additionally, he served as a research assistant at the Henry A. Kissinger Center for Global Affairs for Dr. Hal Brands.

Steven is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where he is concentrating in Security, Strategy, and Statecraft with a regional focus in the United States and Asia. Before attending SAIS, Steven worked at the United States Department of Justice in the Antitrust Division.

Steven received his undergraduate degree in international relations from Tufts University.
