CNAS: To end hacking, U.S. must make China pay

If U.S. government officials truly want to put an end to Chinese hacking of U.S. companies, they’ll have to do a lot more than just indict a few officers of the People’s Liberation Army; they’ll have to ratchet up the consequences of that hacking until it’s no longer worthwhile for Beijing’s Communist rulers.
