Matthew Scott

Matt Scott is a veteran start-up founder, national security executive, and expert on transforming organizations and operations to take advantage of emerging technologies. Strategic, outcome-oriented and persistent, he is an adept team builder and steady C-suite advisor.

Matt is currently a partner at Woven Solutions, a private equity-backed provider of AI to the national security community and law enforcement.

Matt started his career as a military intelligence officer in the US Army, including time as the Department of the Army’s liaison to Congress for intelligence issues and deployed time leading unmanned aerial vehicle operations. Matt received his B.A. and M.P.A. from the Newhouse and Maxwell Schools at Syracuse University.
