N. Korea expert Duyeon Kim says "whether N. Korea is sincere about disarmament remains to be seen"
North and South Korea say they have moved into an era without war on the Korean Peninsula, after leaders from the two countries signed agreements on a "way to achieve denuclearization." But according to N. Korea expert Duyeon Kim, the ball hasn't moved forward at all and the clock is ticking for the efforts to bear fruit.
