Fishman is an adjunct senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) and has served in the Pentagon and State Department. Mary Long caught up with Fishman to discuss how the US dollar became the most powerful currency in the war, playing defense in a trade war, and the economic effects from an embargo on Chinese goods.
