One-on-one with former Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert Work
The Chinese government is developing tactics to combat those of the United States. A new report from the Center for a New American Security says that the country is exploring an offset strategy that is a perfect counterpart to elements of the U.S national security plan. Robert Work, former Deputy Secretary of Defense and distinguished senior fellow for Defense and National Security at CNAS, says that countering these tactics requires a change in the military’s technology approach.
