U.S.-China Trade Talks Return to ‘Fragile Ceasefire’ – Former China Director
The United States and China say they've reached a "framework agreement" to avoid another 100% US tariff on Chinese goods. Officials have even been hinting of a trade breakthrough, ahead of Donald Trump's plans to meet the Chinese leader Xi Jinping later this week. Today though, President Trump has been in Malaysia where he celebrated what he called a "peace treaty" between Thailand and Cambodia. Liza Tobin, adjunct senior fellow at CNAS, joined Channel 4 News to discuss the developments.
