Thomas Graham on Changing America's Approach to Russia
Thomas Graham, Distinguished Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and Senior Advisor at Kissinger Associates, joins Andrea Kendall-Taylor and Carisa Nietsche to discuss Putin’s recent changes, U.S. strategy toward Russia, and where the two countries can cooperate.
