The Center for a New American Security hosted "A Conversation with Senator John S. McCain" at a luncheon on April 18, 2013. In his remarks, Senator McCain outlined an "internationalist" approach to foreign policy and urged the Republican Party to avoid the temptation to "retreat into splendid isolation." He was introduced by CNAS President Richard Fontaine.
