On June 1, 2020, Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) and the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) hosted a virtual panel discussion about how the United States can deepen cooperation with allies around technology innovation and protection.

The conversation, moderated by Andrew Grotto, Director, Stanford Program on Geopolitics, Technology and Governance, featured Anja Manuel, a Stanford Research Affiliate and CNAS Adjunct Senior Fellow; Daniel Kliman, Senior Fellow and Director of the CNAS Asia-Pacific Security Program; and Martijn Rasser, Senior Fellow with the CNAS Technology and National Security Program.
