Kahl vs. Katulis

In case you haven't noticed the six (six!) posts today, Abu Muqawama has been using his Saturday to get caught up on his current affairs reading. He wants to highlight, then, the debate between Colin Kahl and Brian Katulis that's been taking place over on Abu Aardvark's site.
