...and her first post is on The Little Bi-Partisan Thank Tank That Could. But she also has a post on the very good civ-mil action plan developed between the U.S. military and embassy in Afghanistan. Again, it's a good plan. But as Tony Cordesman has taught me, no plan is complete without a) a budget and b) a staffing annex. When I see the names of people and dollar figures going toward this plan to make it actually work, I'll have more faith that it will.
