Reidel on the Rooskies, the Afghans and Us

What a coup for West Point's CTC Sentinel (.pdf) in getting Bruce Reidel -- the guy President Obama put in charge of reviewing his "Af-Pak" strategy -- to write a piece on the differences between the Soviet and NATO experiences in Afghanistan.
