Also this morning, let me offer a hearty congratulations to SFC Leroy Arthur Petry of HHC, 75th Ranger Regiment. SFC Petry will receive the Medal of Honor for heroic actions in Afghanistan that resulted in the loss of a hand. Read the entire account here.
