The Tyranny of Contractors, part the millionth

There's lots of good commentary on the role of contractors on the battlefield, but Charlie wants to address an issue a bit closer to home. Or, more precisely, her office.

Her trash has been emptied once in the last six weeks. Once. Other people in the building have had their trash attended to. The other side of the hallway is, indeed, trash-free. Somehow someone left Charlie's side of the p-way off the cleaning contract for her building. (Do they contract with the Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout cleaning company?) Thus, piles and piles of trash. (Yes, she can take it out herself; and yes, she has.)

So just imagine that kind of attention to detail and dedication to the mission only with bullets and mortars.
