Ukraine reportedly strikes Russian flagship Moskva
Ukraine’s southern coastal cities along the Black Sea have been hot spots in the Ukrainian war. According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet has been seriously damaged and abandoned by its crew after its ammunition blew up. The Ukrainian military says it hit the Russian ship Moskva with a cruise missile. Host Marco Werman speaks with Thomas Shugart with the Center for a New American Security about the developments.
