The United States is in a long-term technology competition with China. This project entails developing a comprehensive whole-of-government strategy to revitalize American innovation, including remapping critical supply chains, strengthening U.S. leadership in 5G and 6G technologies, developing a robust U.S. national industrial policy, crafting multilateral technology strategies, enhancing R&D, and protecting competitive advantages.
