China Seen As Threat in Flournoy Paper

TAIPEI — Michèle Flournoy, co-founder and chief executive officer of the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), which is based in Washington, DC, and has issued a new report, “Nine Lessons for Navigating National Security.” The report examines 70 years of US national security policy and processes, and makes recommendations for the next president as they build the next national security team.

Few periods in modern world history have been as complicated and tumultuous as the one the next US administration will confront.
