First Look - A Blueprint For Veterans And The VA

FIRST LOOK — A BLUEPRINT FOR VETERANS AND THE VA: The Center for a New American Security will release a new report this morning detailing how the next president can best serve veterans and the military community. Titled "Passing the Baton: A Bipartisan 2016 Agenda for the Veteran and Military Community,” the report lays out several recommendations, including structure reform to the Department of Veterans Affairs, expanded data sharing between the government, private companies and non-profits and eliminating barriers to public-private non-profit partnerships that aid veterans. The paper includes an agenda for the next president’s first 100 days for the veterans’ community.
