Counterterrorism Lessons for the Digital Disinformation Fight

Kara Frederick, associate fellow at the CNAS Technology and National Security Program, has five recommendations for the tech sector and government to help approach the new paradigm. Frederick told Government Matters that the U.S. should bolster their offensive cyber capabilities, but not necessarily use them.
