Why is America leading the AI race, despite China's introduction of Deepseek and their hectic efforts to compete? Well, Vivek Chilukuri of the Centre for a New American Security has the answer. 'Whichever country throws more money and chips into big data centres will be able to train more AI models, and hence monetise AI. The U.S. can do that much more than China'.
