Tiffany Rose Miller

Tiffany Rose Miller is an intelligence officer for the U.S. Federal Government specializing in China intelligence analysis. She delivers operational and strategic assessments to inform senior policymakers on U.S.–China relations, with expertise in intelligence prioritization, military capabilities, and great-power competition. Her national security experience spans multiple federal agencies, including the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, the National Security Agency, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. She has received multiple awards for exemplary achievement from senior leaders across the U.S. Intelligence Community. Tiffany holds an M.P.A. with a concentration in public policy analysis from New York University, where her thesis examined how terrorist violence influences public support for U.S. military intervention. At NYU, she served as editor-in-chief of the NYU Wagner Review and was a member of the National Security Law Society. She later taught as an adjunct instructor for a graduate policy course, where she helped develop analytical writing curricula and mentored students in policy memo construction, strategic communication, and evidence-based analysis. She also holds a B.A. in political science and was inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society and the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. Tiffany was selected for the 2024 Foreign Policy for America NextGen Initiative.
