Kalena Blake is a Joseph S. Nye Jr. intern for the Defense Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Blake worked in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice, where she supported the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force on strategy and force planning for great power competition.
Blake earned her BA with honors from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, concentrating on international security and U.S. foreign policy. At Princeton, she served as managing editor of The Daily Princetonian and conducted thesis research on information flows in conflict zones.
