Deadline For Iranian Oil Waivers
The Trump administration says today marks a new chapter in efforts to drive Iran's oil sales down to zero. It wants China and India to stop importing Iranian crude or face sanctions. Elizabeth Rosenberg joins NPR's "Morning Edition" to discuss.
