The pandemic is accelerating concerns about disinformation, supply chains, cybersecurity, and the global contest between democracy and authoritarianism. The world is changing fast.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2020, the CNAS Technology and National Security Program hosted a virtual panel with Paul Scharre, Director of the Technology and National Security Program, and Martijn Rasser, a Senior Fellow with the Technology and National Security Program, to discuss COVID-19 and national security technology policy.
