Eric McCrery

Eric McCrery is a Defense Policy Advisor in the office of Senator Ted Budd. He was previously a Delivery Lead at Anduril Industries, a venture-backed defense technology company, where he managed tactical communications programs. In this capacity, he oversaw the rapid testing and deployment of emerging technology for infantry, aviation, and special operation forces customers. Prior to Anduril, Eric worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting where he advised Department of Defense, Federal law enforcement, and Intelligence Community clients. He also served for seven years as a U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer with deployments to Afghanistan and U.S. Africa Command. Eric holds a B.S. in International Relations from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MPA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs. He was born and raised in Old Hickory, TN and now resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife and two children.
