Jason Arterburn

Jason Arterburn is a Deployment Strategist in the U.S. government business at Palantir Technologies, where he leads defense programs across the Asia-Pacific. Prior to Palantir, Jason was a Program Director at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies (C4ADS), an open source intelligence investigations firm, where his team's work supported 388 policy and enforcement actions on China, North Korea, Russia, and Iran. While at C4ADS, he testified to the U.S.-China Economic Security Review Commission on counter-China data and technology strategy, and led analysis cited in UN Panel of Experts reports and award-winning New York Times investigations. Jason holds a BA in Economics and Security Studies from the University of Alabama, where he received the Harry S. Truman and David L. Boren Scholarships, and an MA in China Studies from Peking University, where he was a Yenching Scholar. He completed advanced Mandarin coursework at Tsinghua University's Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies (IUP) as a Blakemore Freeman Fellow. He currently resides in Washington, D.C.
