Jeff Cirillo is the Joseph S. Nye, Jr. Intern for the Transatlantic Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).

Previously, Jeff was a student analyst for the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he worked on a review of federal strategy to prepare for and respond to biological threats and pandemics. He also has worked as a reporter at Washington, D.C. area publications, including covering Congress for Roll Call newspaper and Congressional Quarterly magazine.

Jeff graduated in spring 2020 from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, where he studied International Politics with a concentration in Foreign Policy, and Diplomatic Studies. He is proficient in Spanish.
