Kaitlyn Ostrom-Ross is a national security professional with over a decade of experience supporting U.S. government investigations and interagency initiatives across law enforcement and national security communities. Her work sits at the intersection of the cyber threat landscape, illicit finance, human networks, and evolving technologies. She supports complex investigations that integrate digital and financial evidence to detect and disrupt transnational and national security threats. Kaitlyn currently leads a team of cyber forensic investigators embedded with IRS–Criminal Investigation, supporting cyber-enabled cases involving illicit cryptocurrency activity and complex networks. In prior roles supporting the FBI and the Department of the Treasury, she led analytic teams and worked across a range of investigative portfolios, including cyber, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism. Her work has supported high-priority investigations and close collaboration with interagency and international partners. Earlier in her career, she also supported counterproliferation and international security cooperation efforts and has extensive experience living and working overseas. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing a Master of National Security Policy at Duke University. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and Religious Studies from the University of Richmond, with minors in Russian and Jewish Studies.
