Matthew Seeley

Director of Operations

Matthew Seeley is the Director of Operations at CNAS. In this role, he oversees a variety of administrative functions for the Center, which include human resources and information technology.

Seeley holds an MA in international affairs from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a BS in international business from Elizabethtown College.
