Philip Caruso

Philip Caruso is the Chairman of No One Left Behind, a national nonprofit organization that advocates for and provides resettlement assistance to Afghan and Iraqi Special Immigrant Visa recipients and their families. Additionally, he works as an investment professional at Onex Partners, a large-cap private equity fund in New York.

He previously served as a legislative fellow at the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and for thirteen years as an active duty and reserve Air Force officer. He continues his reserve service as a Deputy Military Advisor at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations.He received J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Harvard and a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University.

He is a Tillman Scholar, a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the New York Bar.
