Aaron Nasi Joins CNAS Board of Advisors

Washington, D.C., May 29, 2024 — The Center for a New American Security (CNAS) is pleased to welcome Aaron Nasi to its Board of Advisors.

“We are delighted to have Aaron Nasi join our Board of Advisors,” said Richard Fontaine, Chief Executive Officer of CNAS. “Aaron’s expertise in cybersecurity and intelligence will significantly enhance the Center's efforts, and we look forward to his insights.”

Aaron Nasi currently serves as the senior director of Cybersecurity at Albertsons Companies, having joined in July 2022. In this role he is responsible for the application security, cyber threat intelligence, data security, incident response, insider threat, and vulnerability management programs. Previously, Aaron served as director of threat detection & response at Twilio. Prior to Twilio, Aaron consulted for Riskonnect, leading engagements in the security and resilience domains primarily for technology and finance clients. Before joining the private sector, Aaron was both a Field Artillery and Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army for eight years, with one combat deployment to Iraq. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Michigan Technological University.
