Iraq and Türkiye Ink Defence Deals As They Vow To Pressure Israel on Gaza
From humanitarian co-operation in Gaza to stabilising northern Syria and managing shared water resources, both nations are expanding their regional footprint. Then there's the billion-dollar bet: the Development Road Project, a transport corridor linking the Gulf to Europe through Turkiye. Iraq's Prime Minister says it's among the region's most important projects. But are some countries looking to challenge it?
