Amanda Spencer is a Department of Defense intelligence analyst for U.S. Central Command’s Operational Assessments Group. She previously served in various analytic roles for the Defense Intelligence Agency, including rotations and deployments in support of combat planning and operations. Ms. Spencer is a graduate of Liberty University’s international relations program and is working on a master’s degree through the National Intelligence University, focusing on leadership and transformation in the intelligence community.
