Charles Horn is the communications specialist and a former Joseph S. Nye, Jr. Intern for the Communications Team at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).

Horn attended Wake Forest University, where he graduated in 2022 with a degree in history and politics & international affairs. Following graduation, Horn worked in the digital department of the Cheri Beasley for North Carolina campaign before making his way to Washington, D.C., and CNAS.
